Lindsay Lohan's father Michael Lohan has been arrested again today and once again after an incident involving his es girlfriend Erin Muller.

As told by Erin's attorney Bryan Konoski, Michael violated the restraining order against him by allegedly called Erin at work on January 21.

Michael Lohan was arrested for the same offense in December 2009. He is to appear in court on Feb. 25.
