On Friday a ninth grade student at an Alabama school was shot in the back of head by a classmate.The alleged shooter has been taken into custody and charged with murder on Saturday.

The incident happened around 1.45 p.m.,Friday at Discovery Middle School in Madison, west of Huntsville, told the police.

Madison Police Chief Larry Muncey told: Ninth-grade student Todd Brown, 14, died after being taken to a hospital in Huntsville. No one else was hurt in the incident.

The reason for the shooting is still unclear as investigation is on.
