PETA nixes its plan of Tiger Woods Billboard after talking with his attorneys
After Tiger Woods reportedly threatening to sue PETA for announcing to use his image on a billboard encouraging people to spay and neuter their pets, the animal rights group has decided against it.
Earlier People for Ethical Treatment of Animals had announced that they will be putting up a billboard in Windermere which is near the golf star's home and the billboard will have his picture and words: "Too much sex can be a bad thing for little tigers too. Help keep your cats (and dogs) out of trouble: Always spay or neuter!"
The animal rights group is famous for putting up rather edgy ad campaigns. The group says that it decided to axe the idea of Woods billboard after talking with the ace golfer's attorneys.
Now the PETA ad will feature South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford in place of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods. The governor has had been often in news for somewhat similar reasons as Woods.
There is the end to Tiger Woods PETA trouble and let us hope that the infamous Tiger Woods affair will die down in time and Tiger Elin will be able to resume a normal life.
